Ingredients
- 2 chocolate bars (Ghirardelli | 4 oz / 225 g each | Diced)
- coconut oil (Optional)
- 1 can sliced peaches in juice (Tin: 15 oz / 425 g | Drained)
- sea salt (Optional)
Instructions
CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PREPARATION
- Add the diced chocolate bars and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second bursts, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is silky smooth and fully melted.2 chocolate bars, coconut oil
- In a blender or food processor, blend the drained peaches together with the melted chocolate until smooth.1 can sliced peaches in juice
- Pour the mixture into your favorite container or bowl. OPTIONAL: Add shaved chocolate and sea salt.Cover with a plastic film and refrigerate 4 hours.sea salt
