CHOCOLATE MOUSSE PREPARATION
Add the diced chocolate bars and coconut oil to a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 20-second bursts, stirring well after each interval, until the chocolate is silky smooth and fully melted.

In a blender or food processor, blend the drained peaches together with the melted chocolate until smooth.
