Ham & Boursin Cheese Muffins

Ham & Boursin Cheese Muffins

These Boursin Cheese Muffins are perfect to be enjoyed when entertaining Friends & Family during the Apéritif.

Ingredients
 

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp (50 g) Vegetable Oil
  • 3 1/2 oz (95 g) Boursin Cheese
  • 3/4 cup (95 g) Flour
  • 1 1/4 tsp (6 g) baking powder
  • 6 slices ham (Chopped)
  • 1/2 cup (60 g) shredded cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil and Boursin Cheese.
  • Add the flour and baking powder. Mix until combined.
  • Fill your Pastry Bag with the batter and carefully pipe it into each well of the Flexipat®.
  • Add the chopped ham along with the shredded cheese on top.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 15min)
  • Once your Ham & Boursin Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
