Snowy Nutella Winter Pine Cones

HELLO WINTER!

We had such pleasant temperatures in Chicago so far, it really does not feel like winter yet.

When I saw this fun recipe on Cookist, my Favorite Italian Channel (@cookist) I knew I had to do it. .And it is so delicious! Of course you will find their recipe right HERE!

Snowy Nutella Winter Pine Cones

If you enjoy everything Italian like Pandoro Bread, Nutella Spread and Mascarpone Cheese, this recipe is for you!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Course Brunch

Ingredients
 

  • 2 pandoro slices
  • 1/4 cup (75 g) nutella
  • 1/4 cup (55 g) mascarpone
  • 1 cup Chocolate Cereals (I used Chocapic Brand)

Instructions
 

  • Slice your Pandoro (not too thick, but also not too thin).
    • Save
  • Brake it into a crumble.
    • Save
  • Add your Nutella Spread and your Mascarpone Cheese.
    • Save
  • Divide your preparation in 3 and roll each into a cone
    • Save
  • Insert the Chocolate cereals to form the pines of your cone. Serve right away with a bit of Confectioners' sugar on top. Enjoy and Bon Appétit!

  • N.B. If not eaten the day of, keep it refrigerated and take it out 30 minutes prior enjoying.
