Oven Baked Fluffy Matcha Pancakes

The best part about baking pancakes in the oven? You do not have to worry to stay behind the stove while they are cooking 🙂

These Amazing Matcha pancakes are so incredibly fluffy. Being cooked in a Flexipan®, they keep their beautiful shape out of the oven.

I understand that Matcha is an acquired taste, and not everyone likes it as much as I do. Therefore, I think you will love the Vanilla Version, which is right HERE!

Like the “Oven Baked Fluffy Pancakes“, this recipe is the one I discovered on Audrey‘s Instagram (@macuisinebya) and you can find her recipe right HERE!

Enjoy & Bon Appetit!
