Ham & Boursin Cheese Muffins

Ham & Boursin Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 Tbsp (50 g) Vegetable Oil
- 3 1/2 oz (95 g) Boursin Cheese
- 3/4 cup (95 g) Flour
- 1 1/4 tsp (6 g) baking powder
- 6 slices ham (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup (60 g) shredded cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, vegetable oil and Boursin Cheese.
- Add the flour and baking powder. Mix until combined.
- Place your Mini Bon Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Fill your Pastry Bag with the batter and carefully pipe it into each well of the Flexipat®.
- Add the chopped ham along with the shredded cheese on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 15min)
- Once your Ham & Boursin Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
