Halloween Marshmallow Cups
It is only when I moved to the US a couple of decades ago, that I understood the importance of Halloween in America. I adore it all!
Best of all, you do not need to be a Child to enjoy it, there is plenty to do and to eat for everyone!
These Marshmallow cups are so easy to prepare. Everyone will enjoy to decorate them for this Holiday! All you need really is a bit of imagination. Bon Appétit!

Halloween Marshmallow Cups

Ingredients
MARSHMALLOW CUPS
- 6 tbsp (90 g) salted butter (Cubbed)
- 16 oz (450 g) Marshmallows (Jet-Puffed Brand)
- 7 cups (200 g) Rice Krispies (Kellogg's Brand)
- 6 drops of yellow food coloring
- 6 drops of orange food coloring
ASSEMBLY
- 1/2 cup (70 g) white Chocolate
- 1/2 cup (40 g) mini marshmallow
- 1/2 cup (90 g) candy corn
Instructions
MARSHMALLOW CUPS
- Place the butter and marshmallows in the Medium Round Flexipan®. Cover with the Octagonal bonMAT™. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, pour your Marshmallow preparation. Mix in the yellow food colorant. Then, combine the Rice Krispies using a wet spatula, so it does not stick.
- Place your Square Savarin Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
ASSEMBLY
- When your Marshmallow Cups are set, unmold them onto your serving tray. Set aside.
- Place the white chocolate chips in your Mini Flexipan®. Heat in the Microwave for 30 seconds at a time. Once out of the microwave, add your Orange Food Colorant. Using your mini whisk, mix until smooth. Then, scoop a tablespoon into each well of your Savarin. Add the Mini Marshmallows and Candy Corn.
- Allow your Chocolate to set before serving. Enjoy, Bon Appétit and Happy Halloween!
