Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs Mini Muffins
I discovered the beautiful blog of Sonia (“La Cuisine de Boomy” @soniab57) through her fantastic Facebook Group “tests de recettes entre blogueurs”. This Group is a GEM and Sonia and her team have been so welcoming from the get-go! This July 2023 our Group Challenge was to pick an “APPETIZER/APÉRO RECIPE” from another blogger. Hence, I looked for something fun to make and among many fantastic recipes, I have chosen this one. Of course, you will find her recipe right HERE!
I hope your will Enjoy this recipe as much as I did! Bon Appétit!

- 5 1/3 oz (150 g) Boursin cheese (Garlic and Fine Herbs)
- 2 2/3 oz (75 g) ham (Chopped)
- 4 1/4 tbsp (60 g) butter (Melted)
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) Mineral water (Lukewarm)
- 2 eggs
- 3 1/2 tbsp (50 g) almond flour
- 2 3/4 Tbsp (20 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp (4 g) baking powder
- Sel Gris Mill (Season To Taste)
- Pepper Mill (Season To Taste)
Instructions
- Place your Tartlet Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
MINI MUFFINS PREPARATION
- Place butter and mineral water in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk rapidly the eggs together (like you would do for an omelet). Fold the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder and the cooled melted butter/water. Then, combine the Boursin® cheese and chopped ham. Season with Salt and Pepper (To taste).
- Scoop the batter into each well of your Tartlet Tray.
BAKE!
- Bake for 12 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your muffins from 10 minutes). It is ready when the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Once your Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs Mini Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10 minutes. Then, unmold onto your service platter. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
