Place butter and mineral water in a small sauce pan and heat on low until melted. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk rapidly the eggs together (like you would do for an omelet). Fold the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder and the cooled melted butter/water. Then, combine the Boursin® cheese and chopped ham. Season with Salt and Pepper (To taste).
Scoop the batter into each well of your Tartlet Tray.
BAKE!
Bake for 12 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your muffins from 10 minutes). It is ready when the toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once your Boursin® Garlic and Fine Herbs Mini Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10 minutes. Then, unmold onto your service platter. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
