Banana & Chocolate Express Tart

Banana & Chocolate Express Tart
Ingredients
HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)
- 2 cups (250 g) bread flour
- 2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar
- 8 Tbsp (115 g) butter (Softened | At Room Temperature)
- 3 1/2 Tbsp (50 g) Bottled Water
TART FILLING
- 2 bananas
- 3 eggs
- 5 oz (140 g) Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar
- 2 1/2 oz (70 g) dark chocolate chips
Instructions

TART FILLING
- Place your Medium bonMAT™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Roll the pie dough onto your Roul'Pat®, and lightly pierce the pastry with a fork. Cut it into a large circle. Then, transfer it onto your Bonmat. Add your sliced bananas on the top of your pastry, and flip the sides inward.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt and sugar. Pour it onto the bananas. Then, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
BAKE!
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tart from 25min).
- Once your Banana and Chocolate Chips Tart is out of the oven, let it cool down directly onto the Bonmat before sliding it onto your serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
