Banana & Chocolate Express Tart

Made with Greek Yogurt, this recipe is excellent to use your last bananas. A great option when you don't want to make another Banana Bread!

Ingredients
 

HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)

  • 2 cups (250 g) bread flour
  • 2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar
  • 8 Tbsp (115 g) butter (Softened | At Room Temperature)
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp (50 g) Bottled Water

TART FILLING

  • 2 bananas
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 oz (140 g) Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar
  • 2 1/2 oz (70 g) dark chocolate chips

Instructions
 

HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)

TART FILLING

  • Place your Medium bonMAT™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  • Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  • Roll the pie dough onto your Roul'Pat®, and lightly pierce the pastry with a fork. Cut it into a large circle. Then, transfer it onto your Bonmat. Add your sliced bananas on the top of your pastry, and flip the sides inward.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt and sugar. Pour it onto the bananas. Then, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 30 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tart from 25min).
  • Once your Banana and Chocolate Chips Tart is out of the oven, let it cool down directly onto the Bonmat before sliding it onto your serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
