Roll the pie dough onto your Roul'Pat®, and lightly pierce the pastry with a fork. Cut it into a large circle. Then, transfer it onto your Bonmat. Add your sliced bananas on the top of your pastry, and flip the sides inward.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, Greek yogurt and sugar. Pour it onto the bananas. Then, sprinkle the chocolate chips on top.
BAKE!
Bake for 30 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tart from 25min).
Once your Banana and Chocolate Chips Tart is out of the oven, let it cool down directly onto the Bonmat before sliding it onto your serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
