Trader Joe’s Mini Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 cups (260 g) pancake mix (Trader Joe's)
- 1 1/3 cups (315 g) Bottled Water (Lukewarm)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F/190C.
- Place your Petal Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
PANCAKES PREPARATION
- Pour the water into a microwave safe cup. Heat 15 seconds at a time, until it is lukewarm.
- In your Mixing Bowl, whisk the pancake mix to remove any lumps. Make a well and gradually add the lukewarm water. Mix until combined. IMPORTANT: If your water is too hot, it will melt the mini chocolate chips.
BAKE
- Bake for 12 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your pancakes from 10min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once your Trader Joe's Mini Chocolate Chip Pancakes are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy as is or with your favorite Maple Syrup or Jam! Bon Appétit!
