Pour the water into a microwave safe cup. Heat 15 seconds at a time, until it is lukewarm.
In your Mixing Bowl, whisk the pancake mix to remove any lumps. Make a well and gradually add the lukewarm water. Mix until combined. IMPORTANT: If your water is too hot, it will melt the mini chocolate chips.
Spoon your batter into the Flexipan®. About 1 scoop per well.
BAKE
Bake for 12 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your pancakes from 10min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Once your Trader Joe's Mini Chocolate Chip Pancakes are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy as is or with your favorite Maple Syrup or Jam! Bon Appétit!
