Steamed Lemon Dill Broccoli (Microwave)

Steamed Lemon Dill Broccoli (Microwave)

Ingredients
 

  • 1 broccoli bunch (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp (0.4 g) Fresh Dill and Lemon Herb Blend
  • 1 Tbsp (15 g) Tahitian Lime Oil Blend
  • 1/2 lemon (Juice)

Instructions
 

BROCCOLI PREPARATION

  • Wash the broccoli and trim into stems or florets. Place it directly into your Flexipan®. If frozen, place them directly in the mold.

COOK!

  • Arrange the Octagonal Bonmat on top of your Flexipan® and microwave on high until desired doneness, 3-4 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat and sprinkle broccoli with the Tahitian Lime Olive Oil, Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend, then squeeze the lemon juice over the broccoli with the Citrus Press. Toss to combine. Transfert them onto your service plate. Enjoy and Bon Appétit.
