Wash the broccoli and trim into stems or florets. Place it directly into your Flexipan®. If frozen, place them directly in the mold.
COOK!
Arrange the Octagonal Bonmat on top of your Flexipan® and microwave on high until desired doneness, 3-4 minutes.
Carefully remove the Octagonal Bonmat and sprinkle broccoli with the Tahitian Lime Olive Oil, Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend, then squeeze the lemon juice over the broccoli with the Citrus Press. Toss to combine. Transfert them onto your service plate. Enjoy and Bon Appétit.
