Roasted Apples & Pears with Coconut Honey Drizzle

Ingredients
- 2 apples (Honey Crisp | Diced)
- 2 pears (Bosc | Diced)
- 1 tsp (2 g) ground cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) coconut balsamic
- 1 Tbsp (21 g) Lavender Honey
Instructions
- Place the Rectangular Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium perforated baking sheet. Set Aside.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
FRUIT PREPARATION
BAKE!
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your fruits from 18min). It is ready when fork tender.
- Once your Roasted Apples and Pear are out of the oven, drizzle right away with the coconut balsamic and Lavender Honey. Toss to coat fruit evenly, serve and enjoy! Bon Appétit!
