Wash and cut your apples and pears into 1"/2cm chunks (Keep the skin on). Transfert them directly onto your Flexipat® and sprinkle with cinnamon.
BAKE!
Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your fruits from 18min). It is ready when fork tender.
Once your Roasted Apples and Pear are out of the oven, drizzle right away with the coconut balsamic and Lavender Honey. Toss to coat fruit evenly, serve and enjoy! Bon Appétit!
