Reese’s Peanut Butter Mini Muffins
Do you Love Peanut Butter? I sure do, but sometimes a spoon full does not always do the trick!

Reese’s Peanut Butter Mini Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup (185 g) milk
- 1 tsp (4 g) vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup (130 g) peanut butter
- 1/4 cup (55 g) light brown sugar
- 1 cup (120 g) flour
- 1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
- 1/8 tsp (0.75 g) sea salt
- 3 Reese Cups
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Egg, Milk, Vanilla Extract and Peanut Butter.
- Whisk in the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt.
- Place your Mini Muffin Flexipan® Tray on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet.
- Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan®. Place a small piece of Reese Cup on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 8min)
- Once your Reese's Peanut Butter Mini Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5min before unmolding. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
