These Peanut Butter Mini Muffins are so incredible, they come with a Reese Cup on top! Perfect for a snack on the Go!

Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Egg, Milk, Vanilla Extract and Peanut Butter. Whisk in the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt. Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan®. Place a small piece of Reese Cup on top. Bake for 10 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 8min)
Once your Reese's Peanut Butter Mini Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5min before unmolding. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
