These Peanut Butter Mini Muffins are so incredible, they come with a Reese Cup on top! Perfect for a snack on the Go!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup (185 g) milk
  • 1 tsp (4 g) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (130 g) peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (55 g) light brown sugar
  • 1 cup (120 g) flour
  • 1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp (0.75 g) sea salt
  • 3 Reese Cups

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Egg, Milk, Vanilla Extract and Peanut Butter.
  • Whisk in the Flour, Baking Powder and Salt.
  • Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan®. Place a small piece of Reese Cup on top.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 8min)
  • Once your Reese's Peanut Butter Mini Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5min before unmolding. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
