Oven Baked Bacon & Eggs

Ingredients
- 7 slices Canadian Bacon
- 7 slices Sharp Cheddar
- 7 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Place your Muffin Flexipan® Tray on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet.
- First, fit your Canadian Bacon inside your Flexipan®.
- Then, add the Cheddar Cheese.
- Finally, crack an egg in each well.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Egg from 8min)
- Once your Bacon & Eggs are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
