Oven Baked Bacon & Eggs

Bacon & Eggs for a Hearty Breakfast and Brunch has never been so easy to make. Put it all in your Muffin Tray and Bake!
Prep Time 5 minutes
Bake Time 10 minutes
Total Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
 

  • 7 slices Canadian Bacon
  • 7 slices Sharp Cheddar
  • 7 eggs

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
  • First, fit your Canadian Bacon inside your Flexipan®.
  • Then, add the Cheddar Cheese.
  • Finally, crack an egg in each well.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Egg from 8min)
  • Once your Bacon & Eggs are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5 minutes before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
