Healthy Banana Cake (without Butter)

Healthy Banana Cake (without Butter)

Ingredients
- 3 bananas (Riped Bananas are better! Keep Half Banana for decoration)
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup (185 g) Skyr Yogurt
- 2 tbsp (45 g) Lavender Honey
- 2/3 cup (80 g) flour
- 1 1/2 tsp (6 g) baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Smash your 2 1/2 bananas into a purée with a fork. Save 1/2 of one banana for decoration.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, yogurt and lavender honey. Add the flour, baking powder, and whisk gently until smooth. Fold the mashed bananas.
- Place your Tender Heart Flexipan® Mold on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Pour your Batter into your Flexipan®.
- Bake for 35 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your cake from 32min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once your Healthy Banana Cake is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve with sliced bananas and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
