Easy Halloween Spooky Brownies
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup (215 g) Dark chocolate chucks
- 3 Tbsp (45 g) butter
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
- 1 tsp (5 g) Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp (5 g) Ground coffee
- 1/3 cup (40 g) flour
- 3/4 cup (135 g) Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 1/4 cup Halloween Sugar Decorations
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Place the dark chocolate chunks and butter in a microwavable bowl. Heat for 30 seconds at a time. Once out of the microwave, mix until smooth with your Mini Whisk. Set aside.
- In a Mixing Bowl, whisk together eggs and sugar until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Whisk in your cooled chocolate preparation. Then, add the Vanilla Extract, ground coffee and flour. Mix until combined.
- Using a spatula fold the chocolate chips into your preparation.
- Place your Star Flexipan® Tray and Deep Heart Flexipan® Tray on the top of two medium perforated baking sheets.
- Scoop your batter into the each Flexipan® respectively using the mini ladle. Then, gently spread the batter with your spatula.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Brownies from 12min). It is ready when the toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Once your Halloween Spooky Brownies are out of the oven, accessorize with your Sugar decorations right away, then let them cool down for about 10min. Finally, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit & Happy Halloween!
