Chopped Broccoli Salad (Thermomix or not)
When I first got my Thermomix TM6 through my fantastic consultant Lucienne (@cook_in_the_loop), I was very excited to try new recipes and take advantage of this amazing kitchen tool.
Lucienne adores her bon COOK™ products and convinced me to do a class together, presenting the best from both worlds!

Chopped Broccoli Salad (Thermomix or not)
This Chopped Broccoli Salad is so quick to prepare you will impress all your guests! Make it with your Thermomix or food processor!
Equipment
Ingredients
- 10 1/2 oz (300 g) broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper (Cut into Pieces | 5.50 oz | 155 g)
- 1 pear (Quartered | Core Removed | 5.50 oz | 155 g)
- 1 1/2 oz (40 g) French EVOO
- 1 oz (30 g) Strawberry Balsamic
- 2 Tbsp (40 g) Provence Apricot Jam (1.40 oz)
- 1/2 tsp (0.1 g) Mediterranean Herbs
- Sel Gris Mill
- Pepper Mill
Instructions
TRADITIONAL PREPARATION
- Place all your ingredients in your food processor (broccoli, red pepper, pear, EVOO oil, strawberry balsamic vinegar, Provence Apricot Jam and Mediterranean Herbs. Season with Salt and Pepper. Chop for a few seconds, until desired consistency.
THERMOMIX PREPARATION
- In the bowl of your Thermomix, place the broccoli (10.50 oz | 300 g), red pepper (5.50 oz | 155 g), pear (5.50 oz | 155 g), EVOO oil (1.50 oz | 40 g), strawberry balsamic vinegar (1 oz | 30 g), Provence Apricot Jam (1.40 oz | 40 g), Mediterranean Herbs (1/2 Teaspoon), season with Salt and Pepper. Chop 5 sec/speed 4.
SERVE!
- Once your Chopped Broccoli Salad is ready. Serve it right away and enjoy it at room temperature. Bon Appétit!
