  • 1 red bell pepper (Cut into Pieces | 5.50 oz | 155 g)
  • 1 pear (Quartered | Core Removed | 5.50 oz | 155 g)
  • 1 1/2 oz (40 g) French EVOO
  • 1 oz (30 g) Strawberry Balsamic
  • 2 Tbsp (40 g) Provence Apricot Jam (1.40 oz)
  • 1/2 tsp (0.1 g) Mediterranean Herbs
  • Sel Gris Mill
  • Pepper Mill
