The Stars and Stripes Cake

I’ve been wanting to make this recipe for every national holidays this year, but I never got the chance to make it until yesterday.

Do you like the light blue star at the center, and the gentle red stripes? It’s meant to represent the US Flag, aka “The Stars and Stripes”.

The sponge is so good, moist and sweet, perfect with your cup of coffee or tea.

Happy Election Day America, & Bon Appétit!
