Sweet Golden Cornbread Waffles
Get ready to swoon over the perfect combination of sweet and savory in every bite with these Sweet Golden Cornbread Waffles. They will be the star of your Brunch!

Ingredients
- 5.64 oz (160 g) yellow cornmeal
- 4.41 oz (125 g) all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp (12 g) baking powder
- 4.59 oz (130 g) granulated sugar
- 1/8 tsp (0.75 g) sea salt
- 1 egg (Large)
- 8.64 oz (245 g) milk
- 2.47 oz (70 g) vegetable oil
Instructions
- Place your Waffle Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
WAFFLES PREPARATION
- Scoop the batter into the Waffle Tray (about 1 scoop per well) and flatten using your offset spatula.
BAKE!
- Bake for 13 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your waffles from 11 minutes). They are ready once golden and separate themselves from the mold
- Once your Sweet Golden Cornbread Waffles are out of the oven, let them cool down for about a minute, then, unmold. Serve as is or with a fried egg on top with avocado, it's delicious! Bon Appétit!
