In your mixing bowl, combine the yellow cornmeal together with the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar and sea salt. Make a well and add the egg, the milk and the vegetable oil. Mix until it is combined.
Scoop the batter into the Waffle Tray (about 1 scoop per well) and flatten using your offset spatula.
BAKE!
Bake for 13 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your waffles from 11 minutes). They are ready once golden and separate themselves from the mold
