Prosciutto Christmas Trees Puff Pastry
Here is a little appetizer to enjoy during Christmas Time. It is super easy to make and so tasty. It is a Guaranteed Success around your dining table.

Prosciutto Christmas Trees Puff Pastry
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1 Puff pastry sheet
- 2 tbsp (30 g) Tuscan Oil
- 1/2 tsp (0.05 g) fines herbs
- 5 slices (40 g) Prosciutto
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
- Place your Medium bonMAT™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Brush the Tuscan Olive Oil mixed with the Fines Herbs on top.
- Add your Prosciutto and slice 10 equal strips.
- Fold them into an accordion shape and add a stick through the middle, and place them directly onto your bonMAT™ well apart.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Puff Pastry from 12min).
- Once your Prosciutto Christmas Trees are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Slide it onto your service plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
