Prosciutto Christmas Trees Puff Pastry

These Prosciutto Christmas Trees Puff Pastries are so flavorful! They are going to be the Star of your appetizers!

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Puff pastry sheet
  • 2 tbsp (30 g) Tuscan Oil
  • 1/2 tsp (0.05 g) fines herbs
  • 5 slices (40 g) Prosciutto

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
  • Place your Medium bonMAT™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  • Roll the Puff Pastry onto the Roul'Pat®.
  • Brush the Tuscan Olive Oil mixed with the Fines Herbs on top.
    • Save
  • Add your Prosciutto and slice 10 equal strips.
    • Save
  • Fold them into an accordion shape and add a stick through the middle, and place them directly onto your bonMAT™ well apart.

  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Puff Pastry from 12min).
    • Save
  • Once your Prosciutto Christmas Trees are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Slide it onto your service plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
