OVEN-BAKED AMERICAN SLIDERS

MEAT PREPARATION

  • Peel and cut your sweet onion into quarters and transfer it directly into your Eco Chop, along with the garlic clove. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking. Set aside.

  • In your mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together: Ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Bordeaux Wild Pepper Mustard, tomato herb Mustard, chopped onion/garlic and roasted Onion & Red Pepper Herbs. Season with salt and pepper (To taste).

  • Press the mixture into shapes of the fluted Flexipan®, careful to fill 1/3 full so your sliders are not too thick. This recipe makes 24 sliders so you will want to do it in batches.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your meat from 15min). The sliders are ready when the Digital Thermometer registers 165°F/75C. N.B. If cheese is desired, add to the top of the sliders in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking to melt on top.

  • Once your Sliders are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5min. Serve and Enjoy with my favorite sweet buns recipe! Bon Appétit!
