Peel and cut your sweet onion into quarters and transfer it directly into your Eco Chop, along with the garlic clove. Give it a few pulls to chop it to your liking. Set aside.
Press the mixture into shapes of the fluted Flexipan®, careful to fill 1/3 full so your sliders are not too thick. This recipe makes 24 sliders so you will want to do it in batches.
BAKE!
Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your meat from 15min). The sliders are ready when the Digital Thermometer registers 165°F/75C. N.B. If cheese is desired, add to the top of the sliders in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking to melt on top.
Once your Sliders are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 5min. Serve and Enjoy with my favorite sweet buns recipe! Bon Appétit!
