Meyer Lemon Roasted Asparagus
A drizzle of Lemon Meyer Oil will turn this simple dish into a flavorful one. A perfect way to accompany your favorite meal!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Asparagus
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) Meyer Lemon Oil
- Lavender Salt
- 1 Meyer lemon (Quartered)
Instructions
- Place your Flexiflat® Tray on the top of your Medium perforated baking sheet.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
ROASTED ASPARAGUS PREPARATION
- Soak the asparagus under cold water for a few minutes, then rinse off. Towel dry and snap the bottom part to remove any bitterness.

BAKE!
- Bake for 20 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your asparagus from time to time and do not hesitate to flip them half way).
- Once your Roasted Asparagus are out of the oven, serve with fresh Meyer lemon to the side. Enjoy! Bon appétit!
