Lemon Dill Oven-baked Salmon

Lemon Dill Oven-baked Salmon
Equipment
Ingredients
- 1/2 lemon (Thinly Sliced)
- 8 oz (225 g) salmon filets
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) Meyer Lemon Oil
- 1 Tbsp (0.4 g) Fresh Dill and Lemon Herb Blend
- fresh dill stems
- Lavender Salt (Season To Taste)
- Pepper Mill (Season To Taste)
Instructions
- Place your Square Flexipat® on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set Aside.
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
SALMON PREPARATION
- Thinly slice the lemon with your Santoku knife. Set aside.
- Salt and pepper both sides of the salmon and lay it skin side down. Brush the Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, sprinkle Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend and press down some fresh dill so it is rubbed in the oil. Then, place a few lemon slices on top of the salmon.
BAKE!
- Cover with your Square Bonmat and bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. Remove from oven, uncover, and increase heat on oven to 475F/245C. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the salmon is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
- Once your Lemon Dill Salmon is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
