Thinly slice the lemon with your Santoku knife. Set aside.
Salt and pepper both sides of the salmon and lay it skin side down. Brush the Meyer Lemon Olive Oil, sprinkle Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend and press down some fresh dill so it is rubbed in the oil. Then, place a few lemon slices on top of the salmon.
BAKE!
Cover with your Square Bonmat and bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. Remove from oven, uncover, and increase heat on oven to 475F/245C. Bake for an additional 5 minutes. Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the salmon is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
Once your Lemon Dill Salmon is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
