Honey Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes

Honey Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes
Ingredients
- 12 oz (340 g) feta cheese (Two chunk pieces)
- 50 cherry tomatoes
- 6 garlic gloves
- 1/4 cup (55 g) Greek Olive oil
- 1 tbsp (15 g) Greek feta herbs
- 2 tbsp (45 g) Greek honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
- Place your Grande Round Flexipan® Mold on the top of your Large Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Place both Chunks of Feta Cheese in the middle of your Flexipan®.
- Wash your cherry tomatoes. Place them directly around your Feta Cheese.
- Slice the Garlic Gloves and add them to your dish.
- Then, pour the Greek Olive Oil all over the cherry tomatoes and Feta Cheese. Sprinkle the Greek Feta Herbs on top.
- Finally, drizzle the Greek Honey on top of your Cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your bake from 25min).
- Once your Honey Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes is out of the oven, let it cool down for about 10min. Then, Serve while it's warm and Enjoy with Bread! Bon Appétit!
