Homemade Healthy Tortilla Chips

Ingredients
- 7 Tortillas (Street Tacos Style)
- 1 tbsp (15 g) cilantro oil
- Lavender Salt (Season to Taste)
Instructions
- Preheat over to 400F/200C.
- Place your Medium bonMAT™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set aside.
- Slice the Street Tacos Style Tortillas onto the Roul'Pat® into quarters, and transfer them directly to your Medium bonMAT™ in a single layer.
- Brush the triangles with the Cilantro Oil. Then, sprinkle with Lavender Salt.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Chips from 8min). IMPORTANT: Watch closely your chips while they are in the oven as they can go from perfect to overcooked within one minute.
- Once your Homemade Healthy Tortilla Chips are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min before enjoying with your favorite dip. Bon Appétit!
