Herbed Compound Butter Bites

Herbed Compound Butter Bites

Ingredients
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 16 Tbsp (225 g) butter (Softened | At Room Temperature)
- 1/2 Tbsp (1 g) Fresh Dill and Lemon Herb Blend
- 1/2 Tbsp (1 g) Rosemary, Basil, Thyme herbs
- 1 lemon zest (From 1 Lemon)
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) lemon juice (About 1/2 Lemon)
- 1 tsp (5 g) Lavender Salt
- 1/2 tsp (1 g) Pepper Mill (Malabar Pepper is the best!)
Instructions
- Place your Mini Spiral Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet. Set aside.
HERBED BUTTER PREPARATION
- Place garlic cloves in Mini Herb Chopper and mince the garlic. Set aside.
- Add the softened butter in a mixing bowl. Using your spatula, combine the Fresh Dill & Lemon Herb Blend, Rosemary Basil Thyme Herb Blend, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, season with Salt and pepper.
- Transfer your butter to your Piping bag and gently fill each well of your Flexipat® in a circular motion. Cover with your Bonmat™ to contact in order for your butter to stay flat. Set in the freezer for 2 hours minimum.
READY TO USE
- When firm, pop the butter bites out of the Flexipat® by gently pressing up from the bottom. Refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before using. The extra butter bites may be stored in the freezer for future use up to 6 months. Serve and Enjoy on garlic bread, meat and salmon! Bon Appétit!
