Transfer your butter to your Piping bag and gently fill each well of your Flexipat® in a circular motion. Cover with your Bonmat™ to contact in order for your butter to stay flat. Set in the freezer for 2 hours minimum.
READY TO USE
When firm, pop the butter bites out of the Flexipat® by gently pressing up from the bottom. Refrigerate until ready to use. Remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before using. The extra butter bites may be stored in the freezer for future use up to 6 months. Serve and Enjoy on garlic bread, meat and salmon! Bon Appétit!
