Ahhhhh, Halloween & its Harvest Festival…
They are for me the beginning of the holidays. And we all know how much of a welcomed distraction, they are with the ups and downs of 2020.
This is a very American recipe and so much fun to make.
The Triangle tray makes it even easier to get even slices, to make everyone happy!

It's been an Autumn favorite since we moved to America.
Equipment
Ingredients
- 6 tbsp (90 g) salted butter (Cubbed)
- 16 oz (450 g) Marshmallows (Jet-Puffed)
- 7 cups (200 g) Rice Krispies (Kellogg's)
- 6 drops of orange food coloring
- 6 drops of yellow food coloring
Instructions
MARSHMALLOW MIX
- Place the butter and marshmallows in the Medium Round Flexipan. Cover with the Octogonal bonMAT™. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Then remove carefully the octogonal bonMAT™ and stir until melted.
MARSHMALLOW COLORING
- In bowl (1), add 1/4 of the Marshmallow mixture and 1/4 of the Rice Krispies. Mix well with a wet spatula.
- In bowl (2), add the drops of yellow coloring and stir with 1/3 of the Marshmallow mixture. Then, add 1/3 of the Rice Krispies. Mix well with a wet spatula.
- In bowl (3), add the drops of orange coloring and stir with the remaining of the Marshmallow mixture. Then, add the rest of the Rice Krispies. Mix well with a wet spatula.
ASSEMBLY
- Still using a wet spatula, gently place the orange Rice Krispies into an even layer in the Triangle Flexipan®.
- Repeat with the yellow mixture.
- Then with the natural mixture.
- Finish by, placing your bonMAT™ on top and press gently.
- After 30 minutes to an hour, gently Unmold, Serve and Enjoy. Bon Appétit!
