Ham & Onions Christmas Reindeers

For about a year now, my friend Marion (@novice_en_cuisine) has been baking these little things. They are adorable and simply delicious. Of course, you will find the recipe right HERE!

Ham & Onions Christmas Reindeers

These Ham & Onions Christmas Reindeers are super easy to make. They are definitely a Family Favorite year round!

Ingredients
 

HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)

  • 2 cups (250 g) bread flour
  • 1 tsp (5 g) sea salt
  • 8 tbsp (115 g) butter  (Softened, At Room Temperature)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 3 1/2 tbsp (50 g) bottled water

REINDEERS TARTLETS

  • 2 tbsp (25 g) sour cream
  • 1/2 red onion (Chopped)
  • 2 ham slices (Chopped)

Instructions
 

HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)

REINDEERS TARTLETS

  • Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
  • Place your Medium bonMAT™ on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
  • Roll the pie dough onto the Roul'Pat®, and cut the shapes with your cookie cutter. Thansfert directly onto your bonMAT™ and Refrigerate.
    • Save
  • Place your Red Onion in your Eco-Chop. Pull 8 times or more depending of your preference. Set aside.
  • Take your bonMAT™ out of the refrigerator. Spoon the Sour Cream on the top of your reindeers, add the chopped onions and ham.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 400F/200C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Reindeers from 12min).
    • Save
  • Once your Ham & Onions are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Slide it onto your service plate. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
