“If there’s something strange in your neighborhood, Who you gonna call?: Ghostbusters! If there’s something weird, and it don’t look good, Who you gonna call?: Ghostbusters!” This Ghostbusters Slime Pizza is the perfect Halloween treat. Get ready to bust out some spooky fun in the kitchen!

Ghostbusters Slime Pizza | Halloween
Equipment
Ingredients
QUICK PIZZA DOUGH
- 5.29 oz (150 g) spring water (Lukewarm | 105F | 35C)
- 2 1/4 tsp (7 g) active dry yeast (1 packet)
- 1 Tbsp (12 g) granulated sugar
- 1.06 oz (30 g) olive oil
- 8.82 oz (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp (3 g) sea salt
TOPPINGS
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) olive oil
- 4 oz (115 g) marinara sauce
- 6 oz (170 g) Pesto Sauce
- 2 oz (55 g) Gruyère Cheese (Grated)
- 3 slices provolone cheese (For the Ghost)
Instructions
- Place your Large Bonmat on the top of your Large Perforated Baking Sheet. Set Aside.
QUICK PIZZA DOUGH PREPARATION
- In the bowl of your stand mixer, whisk in the active dry yeast together with the warm water and granulated sugar. Let it sit for 10 minutes covered with a plastic wrap: Foam will form. NOTE: This is a great test to see if your yeast is still active.5.29 oz spring water, 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast, 1 Tbsp granulated sugar
- Add in the olive oil, all-purpose flour, and sea salt. Place the dough hook on and knead on the lowest setting for 5 minutes. Then increase to the second lowest setting and knead for an additional 3 minutes. The dough is ready when it does not stick to the side of the bowl.1.06 oz olive oil, 8.82 oz all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp sea salt
- Take your dough out, transfer it to your work station, cover with a clean kitchen towel and let it rise for 10 minutes.
ASSEMBLY
- Directly on your Large Bonmat, roll the dough into a large circle and let it rest for an additional 10 minutes.
- Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and using your fingers make a small dent all around the dough (about 1 1/2" | 4 cm away from the border). Spoon the pesto sauce into half of the diameter and add the marinara sauce at the center. Then, sprinkle Greek Oregano and grated parmesan on the crust.1 Tbsp olive oil, 4 oz marinara sauce, 6 oz Pesto Sauce, 2 oz Gruyère Cheese
BAKE!
- Preheat oven to 450F/225C. (This allows the dough to rest while your oven is preheating). Bake for 12 minutes. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Pizza from 10 minutes).
- While your pizza is in the oven prepare the Ghostbusters logo, carving the knife into the provolone cheese. Set aside.3 slices provolone cheese
- Once your Ghostbusters Slime Pizza is out of the oven, dress your pizza with your Ghostbusters logo. Slide it onto your serving board. Enjoy with a your favorite mixed salad or just as is! Enjoy! "BONE" Appétit & Happy Halloween!
