Ghostbusters Slime Pizza (Halloween)

Ghostbusters Slime Pizza (Halloween)

HERB INFUSED PIZZA DOUGH
- 1 bag (500 g) bon COOK™ Pizza Dough Mix
- 8.65 oz (245 g) milk (1 cup | Lukewarm)
- 3.55 oz (100 g) olive oil (1/2 cup)
TOPPINGS
- 1 Tbsp (15 g) olive oil
- 4 oz (115 g) marinara sauce
- 6 oz (170 g) Pesto Sauce
- 2 oz (55 g) Gruyère Cheese (Grated)
- 3 slices provolone cheese (For the Ghost)
Instructions
HERB INFUSED PIZZA DOUGH PREPARATION
- Place milk and olive oil in a small sauce pan and heat on low until lukewarm. Set aside.8.65 oz milk, 3.55 oz olive oil
- Inside the bowl of your standing mixer, combine bon COOK's Pizza dry mix together with the packet of yeast. Knead for about 5 minutes on the lowest speed of your stand mixer. The dough is ready once it does not stick to the side of your bowl.1 bag bon COOK™ Pizza Dough Mix
- Take your dough out and form a ball. Transfer it in a clean bowl and cover. Let it rise in a turned off preheated oven (100F/37C) for 1 hour or at room temperature for 90 minutes, or until double in size.
ASSEMBLY
- Once the dough has doubled, punch the dough down, and transfer it onto your Roul'Pat®. Roll the dough into a circle. Set aside on your Large Bonmat on the top of your Large Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Brush the top of the dough with olive oil and using your fingers make a small dent all around the dough (about 1 1/2" | 4 cm away from the border). Spoon the pesto sauce into half of the diameter and add the marinara sauce at the center. Then, sprinkle Greek Oregano and grated parmesan on the crust.
BAKE!
- Preheat oven to 450F/225C. (This allows the dough to rest while your oven is preheating). Bake for 15 minutes. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Pizza from 12 minutes).
- While your pizza is in the oven prepare the Ghostbuster, carving the knife into the provolone cheese. Set aside.
- Once your Ghostbusters Slime Pizza is out of the oven, dress your pizza with your Ghostbusters. Slide it onto your serving board. Enjoy with a your favorite mixed salad or just as is! "BONE" Appétit!
