Easy Chocolate Fondant
Of course, there is no easier recipe! Your Chocolate Fondant only requires 4 ingredients and 15 minutes from Start to Finish.

Easy Chocolate Fondant
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 6 Tbsp (90 g) butter
- 1 cup (170 g) Dark Chocolate chunks
- 6 1/2 Tbsp (50 g) flour (Sifted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F/180C.
- Place the dark chocolate chunks and butter in a microwavable bowl. Heat for 30 seconds at a time. Once out of the microwave, mix until smooth with your Mini Whisk. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar together.
- Add the Chocolate/butter preparation, whisk well.
- Then, combine the flour. Whisk until smooth.
- Place your Petal Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your fondants from 9min). Your Chocolate Fondants, should look "uncooked" in the middle.
- Once your Chocolate Fondants are out of the oven, unmolding directly onto a serving plate. Enjoy & Bon Appetit!
- N.B. Bake for 8 minutes for a Lava Cake, 10 minutes for a Fondant and 12 minutes for a Chocolate Cake.
