Dole Whip Frozen Treat (Dairy)
This Summer, I was so excited when I saw that DISNEYLAND PARIS was finally serving the famous Pineapple Whip (Dole Whip) at Café de la Brousse! Since we did not have it before, it arrived perfectly in time for the 30th Anniversary Celebration!
Originally the recipe is made dairy free, which you can make easily at home by submitting the vanilla bean ice cream to frozen coconut cream.
I hope you will enjoy this recipe as much as I did. Bon Appétit!
As always, you will find the Step-by-Step Video below the recipe.

Dole Whip Frozen Treat (Dairy)
Ingredients
- 2 cups (475 g) frozen pineapple chunks (I used DOLE's)
- 1 cup (235 g) pineapple juice (I used DOLE's)
- 1 cup (235 g) vanilla bean ice cream (I used Häagen-Dazs | Dairy Free: Use frozen coconut cream instead)
- 2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar
Instructions
- In your blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks. Then, pour the pineapple juice, vanilla ice cream and sugar. N.B. To make it dairy-free like at Disney's parks, use frozen coconut cream instead (if unsweetened, add an additional 2 Tbsp/25g of sugar). Then, blend until you have a smooth cream.
- Transfer to your Piping bag with the star tip on. If you feel the mixture is too soft, place your pastry bag in the freezer between 20-30 minutes.
- When ready, pipe a swirl into a clear glass and enjoy! Bon Appétit!
