Dole Whip Frozen Treat (Dairy)

Each visit to Disney's iconic parks comes with a must-stop at the Dole Whip Stand. Now you can make it easily at home!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (475 g) frozen pineapple chunks (I used DOLE's)
  • 1 cup (235 g) pineapple juice (I used DOLE's)
  • 1 cup (235 g) vanilla bean ice cream (I used Häagen-Dazs | Dairy Free: Use frozen coconut cream instead)
  • 2 Tbsp (25 g) sugar

Instructions

  • In your blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks. Then, pour the pineapple juice, vanilla ice cream and sugar. N.B. To make it dairy-free like at Disney's parks, use frozen coconut cream instead (if unsweetened, add an additional 2 Tbsp/25g of sugar). Then, blend until you have a smooth cream.
  • Transfer to your Piping bag with the star tip on. If you feel the mixture is too soft, place your pastry bag in the freezer between 20-30 minutes.
  • When ready, pipe a swirl into a clear glass and enjoy! Bon Appétit!
