1cup(235g)vanilla bean ice cream(I used Häagen-Dazs | Dairy Free: Use frozen coconut cream instead)
2Tbsp(25g)sugar
Instructions
In your blender, add the frozen pineapple chunks. Then, pour the pineapple juice, vanilla ice cream and sugar. N.B. To make it dairy-free like at Disney's parks, use frozen coconut cream instead (if unsweetened, add an additional 2 Tbsp/25g of sugar). Then, blend until you have a smooth cream.
Transfer to your Piping bag with the star tip on. If you feel the mixture is too soft, place your pastry bag in the freezer between 20-30 minutes.
When ready, pipe a swirl into a clear glass and enjoy! Bon Appétit!
