Chicken Apple Sausage with Seasonal Vegetables

Chicken Apple Sausage with Seasonal Vegetables

Ingredients
- any Fall Veggies of your choice: (sweet potato | Japanese white sweet potato | red potatoes | red onion | Brussel sprouts | Rainbow carrots)
- 3 Tbsp (40 g) Rosemary Olive Oil
- 1 tsp (6 g) Sel Gris Mill
- 4 (340 g) chicken apple sausage (4 Links)
- 2 Tbsp (30 g) citrus balsamic
Instructions
- Place the Rectangular Flexipat® Tray on the top of your Medium perforated baking sheet. Set Aside.
- Preheat oven to 400F/200C.
CHICKEN APPLE SAUSAGE WITH VEGGIES PREPARATION
- Toss all your vegetables with the Rosemary oil to coat. Then, sprinkle with Sel Gris salt.
BAKE!
- Roast for 10 minutes at 400F/200C. Carefully take the Flexipat® out of the oven and add the chicken sausage sliced into pieces.
- Roast for an additional 20 minutes. It is ready when your vegetables are fork tender. Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the sausage is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
- Once your Chicken Apple Sausage with Seasonal Vegetables is out of the oven, drizzle right away with the citrus balsamic, and toss to incorporate the balsamic with the veggies. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
