Dice all your vegetables to the desired thickness to allow them to cook evenly: About 1"/2cm cubes for the root veggies and cutting the Brussels sprouts in 1/2 or 1/4 if very large. Transfer to your Flexipat®.
Roast for 10 minutes at 400F/200C. Carefully take the Flexipat® out of the oven and add the chicken sausage sliced into pieces.
Roast for an additional 20 minutes. It is ready when your vegetables are fork tender. Use the Digital Thermometer to ensure the sausage is cooked through at 165°F/75C.
Once your Chicken Apple Sausage with Seasonal Vegetables is out of the oven, drizzle right away with the citrus balsamic, and toss to incorporate the balsamic with the veggies. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
