Cheddar Hot Dog Muffins

Cheddar Hot Dog Muffins

Ingredients
- 4 oz (115 g) sharp cheddar (Diced)
- 4 hot dog links
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup (50 g) roasted garlic oil
- 1/2 cup (125 g) milk
- 2 tbsp (8 g) Herbs de Provence Mustard
- 1 1/2 cups (190 g) flour
- 2.5 tsp (12 g) baking powder
- 3/4 cup (75 g) parmesan
- Lavender Salt
- Pepper Mil
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 375F/190C.
- Dice your cheddar and hot dog links. Set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Roasted Garlic Oil, Milk and Herbs de Provence Mustard.
- Add the Flour, Baking Powder, Salt and pepper (season to taste). Then, incorporate the Parseman Cheese, Cheddar and Hot Dog.
- Place your Deep Heart Flexipan® Tray on the top of your medium perforated baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 18min)
- Once your Cheddar Hot Dogs Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min. Then, Unmold, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
