Brie & Apricot Almond Tartlets

These Brie and Apricot Almond Tartlets are so delicious. They only take 15 minutes to prepare/bake: Slice some Brie, add some Jam & Almonds!

Ingredients
 

HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)

  • 2 cups (250 g) bread flour
  • 1 tsp (6 g) sea salt
  • 8 Tbsp (112 g) butter
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp (52.5 g) Bottled Water

TARTLET FILLING

  • 8 oz (225 g) Brie Cheese (Sliced)
  • 20 tsp (160 g) Apricot Almond Jam
  • 2 Tbsp (20 g) Almonds (Sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp (10 g) Pine Nuts
  • 1/4 tsp (0.03 g) fines herbs

HOMEMADE PIE DOUGH (MAKES 2)

TARTLET PREPARATION

ASSEMBLY

  • Preheat over to 375F/190C.
  • Take your Silform® out of the refrigerator. Add a square of Brie Cheese on the top of the pastry. Scoop a teaspoon of Apricot Almond Jam. Sprinkle a few almond slices, pine nuts and the Fine Herbs on top.

BAKE!

  • Bake for 10 minutes at 375F/190C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your tartlets from 8min). They are ready once the crust is golden brown and cheese melted.

  • Once your Brie & Apricot Almond Tartlets are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min before unmolding. Then, Serve and Enjoy! Bon Appétit!
