Blueberry & Chocolate Muffins (No Sugar Added)

Everyone pretty much love Muffins, right? The muffins I am sharing with you today are not only super soft but have no Sugar Added! They are really Guilt Free! Of course only in moderation!

Blueberry & Chocolate Muffins (No Sugar Added)
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup (125 g) yogurt (Europeen Style)
- 1/2 cup (125 g) Unsweetened Apple Sauce
- 1 tsp (4 g) vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup (80 g) whole wheat flour
- 2/3 cup (80 g) flour
- 1 tsp (5 g) baking powder
- 1/4 cup (45 g) Unsweetened Dark Chocolate chips
- 1 cup (150 g) blueberries (Washed, Sliced in Halves)
Instructions
- Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Eggs, Yogurt, Apple Sauce and Vanilla Extract.
- Whisk in both Flours and Baking Powder.
- Gently fold in your Blueberry halves and Chocolate Chips.
- Place your Fluted Flexipan® Tray on the top of your Medium Perforated Baking Sheet.
- Using your mini Ladle, scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan®.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 20min)
- Once your Blueberry & Dark Chocolate Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min before unmolding. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
