These blueberry and Chocolate Muffins are so super healthy! They are made with yogurt and apple sauce. BONUS: No sugar added!

Preheat oven at 350F/180C.
In a mixing bowl , whisk together the Eggs, Yogurt, Apple Sauce and Vanilla Extract. Whisk in both Flours and Baking Powder.Gently fold in your Blueberry halves and Chocolate Chips. Using your mini Ladle , scoop the batter into each well of your Flexipan® . Bake for 25 minutes at 350F/180C. (Every oven heats differently, monitor your Muffins from 20min)
Once your Blueberry & Dark Chocolate Muffins are out of the oven, let them cool down for about 10min before unmolding. Enjoy & Bon Appétit!
